Have YOU seen anyone cuter?

I don't think I have :-) There are so many beautiful children waiting in Artyom's region. It's hard for me to grasp the fact that these children are waiting for a family.They deserve so much more. Is any of these children yours?

These are the requirements for this region:

3 trips

Both parents for first trip, 7 days
Wait 2-3 months for court
Both parents travel for 2nd trip for court hearing, 7 days
This region does not waive the 30 day wait
Only one parent has to make the 3rd trip of 7 days
Currently not allowing single parents to adopt
Applicants should be no more than 45 years older than the child, and under 50 years of age
No more than 3 children at home (Exceptions considered on a case by case basis)
Total program and travel fees approx $33k
Only one child can be adopted at a time
No criminal background
No history of mental health concerns (depression, bipolar, or other mental health issues)
